RESOLUTION NO. 84-14
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, RELATING TO THE DESIGNATION
OF MANAGEMENT AND CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, Section 3507.5 of the Meyers-Mil ias-Brown Act (Government
Code) specifies that a public agency may designate management and confiden-
tial employees and restrict such employ, ees from representing any employee
organization which represents other employees of the public agency on mat-
ters within the scope of representation.
.NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council
California, does hereby resolve as fol lows-
of the City
of Tustin,
Section 1. Administrative Officers.
Those employees holding the positions listed below are hereby
designated as management (Administrative Officers) and are hereby restricted
from representing any employee organization which represents other employees
of the City on matters within the scope of-representation.

Chief Deputy City Clerk

Director of Community Development
Di rector of Finance
Director of Public Works/City Engineer
Police Chief
