BACKGROUND ANDDISCUSSION:
The2025AnnualReportsummarizesParksandRecreationDepartmentprogramsand
activitiesconductedfromJanuarythroughDecember2025.Thereportincludescitywide
specialevents,youth,teen,andseniorprograms,facilityreservations,sportsprograms,
classes, human services, and public art initiatives. Overall, 2025 was another successful
