RESOLUTION NO. 26-11
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR LEGACY
PARK IMPROVEMENTS, CIP NO. 20094, AND AUTHORIZING
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Tustin, California to
contract for the construction of the Legacy Park Improvement (CIP No. 20094); and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has presented plans and specifications for the
construction of said work; and
WHEREAS, the CIP No. 20094 project is categorically exempt from the
requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); Class 1, Section
15301: Existing Facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Tustin
as follows:
Section 1. The foregoing recitals are hereby incorporated and adopted as the
findings of the City Council.
Section 2. The plans and specifications presented by the City Engineer are
hereby approved as the plans and specifications for:
Legacy Park Improvements
CIP No. 20094
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to advertise as
required by law for the receipt of sealed bids or proposals for the performance of the work
specified in the aforesaid plans and specifications.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by
the City Council of the City of Tustin, and the Clerk of the City Council shall attest to and
certify the vote adopting this Resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Tustin on the 17th day of March, 2026.
