DATA COLLECTION Counted Cars at Various Times of Day Two weeklong sweeps (Aug & Sept 2025) Drone Imagery Aerial observation of hotspots Field Observation On-site assessment with City staff COMMUNITY INPUT Community Workshops In-person (Sept) and virtual (Oct) Online Survey Bilingual (English / Spanish) —31 responses Stakeholder Interviews 18 detailed conversations (residents, HOAs, apt. managers) Five Key Findings What the data and the community told us. 1 More Cars Than Spaces Demand far exceeds supply on non-permit program blocks. 2 Enforcement Gap Limited staffing and use of technology. 3 Permit Program Underused Most eligible blocks have not petitioned in. 4 Communication Gaps Outreach and materials do not reach everyone. 5 Infrastructure Needs Faded curbs, missing markings, poor lighting.
