Good afternoon,
Please find below an update of events for the day:
CTEH performed roaming air monitoring and analytical sampling overnight and
throughout the day.
At the time of this update, there were 92 observations for PM10
PM10 concentrations ranged from 0.010 to 0.055 mg/m3
Monitoring for PM10 will continue into the night and overnight as well.
The 24-hr TWA (from 5/27 to 5/28, 8am-8am) for PM10 concentrations from the
DustTraks are as follows:
Around the immediate vicinity of the hangar (DU1-DU12) ranged from 12 to 21
µg/m3
Around the outer perimeter and community (DU13-DU21) ranged from 14 to 22
µg/m3
Three community samples from AS020 (5/25 – 5/27) were delivered to the lab today for
analysis.
In addition, we received analytical results for the following:
Metal samples taken from 5/17 – 5/21 were below the LOD and did not register a
detection.
Community samples taken at AS020 on 5/23 and 5/24 did not detect any asbestos.
