RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the City Council:
Adopt Ordinance 1577 approving SPA 2025-0004 for minor
graphics and text changes to the PCESP; and
Adopt Resolution 26-31 approving TPM 2022-161/SUB 2026-
0002 to subdivide the parcel into two parcels
