Bridge & N-D South Improvements Hi Aldo, Public Works recommended the Armstrong Ped. Bridge and Neighborhood D-South Phase 2 Pkg.2 improvements be bid together to provide some economies of scale and potential cost and schedule savings as the work involved in both projects is overlapping and similar enough that a single general contractor can complete both projects. Since these two projects also overlap the upcoming work on Legacy Park Phase II, the recommendation also provides a single point of contact (general contractor) to oversee the schedule, project coordination, and management once the park construction starts later this year. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks, Mike Michael Grisso Director of Public Works 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, CA 92780 P: 714-361-4719 mgrisso@tustinca.org I tustinca.org
