A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
3 OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA DIRECTING THE STREET
NAME CHANGE FROM CERROMAR TO CORTE VILLA
4 WITHIN TRACT NO. 13796 AND DIRECTING THE CITY
CLERK TO NOTIFY THE ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF
5 SUPERVISORS

WHEREAS, the State of Califomia Government Code, in Section 34091.1, authorizes a
7 legislative body to change street names; and
8 WHEREAS, the Corte Villa_ Homeowner's Association has requested that the name of the
9 entrance street to their development be changed from Cerromar to Corte Villa; and
10 WHEREAS, the proposed sweet name change has been recommended for approval by the
City's street naming committee;

12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Tustin that the
entrance street to the Corte Villa development within Tract No. 13796 be changed from Cerromar
13 to Corte Villa and hereby directs the City Clerk to forward a copy of this resolution to the Orange
County Board of Supervisors pursuant to Section 34092 of the California Government Code.

PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular. meeting of the City Council of the City of Tustin held

on the 17th day of June, 1996.
