A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
3 TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING FINAL TRACT MAP 15292

The City Council of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as
5 follows:
6 I. The City Council finds and determines as follows:
7 A. That Final Tract Map 15292 has been submitted by
Greystone Homes;

B. That a public hearing was held by the Planning
9 Commission on April 8, 1996. At this hearing the
Planning Commission recommended approval of Vesting
10 Tentative Tract Map 15292 to the City Council.
Subsequently, the City Council approved Vesting
11 Tentative Tract Map 15292 on May 6, 1996;
12 C. The Final Map is considered ministerially.exempt
pursuant to Section 15268(b) of the California
13 Environmental Quality Act;
14 D. That the proposed subdivision is in conformance
with the Tustin General Plan, the Tustin Zoning
15 Code and Subdivision Map Act;
16 E. The 0.663 acres of parkland required for this
development was previously dedicated with
17 recordation of Tract 13627;
18 F. That the City has reviewed the status of the School
Facilities Agreements between the Irvine Company
19 and the Tustin Unified School District for the
impact of Tentative Tract 15292 on School District
20 facilities, and changes in state law. Impacts
associated with this approval 'on School District
21 facilities are adequately addressed;
22 G. That the site is physically suitable for the type
of development proposed;

H. That the site' is physically 'suitable for the
24 proposed density of development;
25 I. That the design of the subdivision or the proposed
improvements are not likely to cause substantial
26 environmental damage or substantially and avoidably
injure fish or wildlife in their habitat;

3 Jo That the design of the subdivision or the type of
improvements proposed will not conflict with
4 easements acquired by the public-at-large, for
access through or use of the property within the
5 proposed subdivision;
6 K. That the design of the subdivision or the types of
improvements proposed are not likely to cause
serious public health'problems; and
8 L. That the Final Map is in substantial conformance
with the Vesting Tentative Tract Map.

II. The City Council hereby approves Final Tract Map 15292,
10 subject to final approval by the City Engineer.
11 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of'the Tustin City
Council, held on the 17th day of June, 1996.

Resolution No. 96-66 was duly passed and adopted at a ~egular
23 meeting of the Tustin City Council, held on the 17th day of
