2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUSTIN APPROVING VESTING TENTATIVE TRACT MAP NO.
3 15292. '
4 The City Council of the City of Tustin does hereby r~solve
as follows:

I. The City Council finds and determines as follows:

A. That Vesting Tentative Tract Map No. 15292 was
7 submitted to the ,Planning Commission and City
Council by Greystone Homes for consideration; and
8
B. That a public hearing was duly called, noticed
9 and held for said map on April 8, 1996 by the
Planning Commissmon and on May 6, 1996 by the
10 City Council; and
11 C. That Environmental Impact Report 85-2, as
modified by supplements and addenda, for the East
12 Tustin Specific Plan, has been certified .in
conformance with the requirements of the
13 California Environmental Quality Act for the
subject project; and
14
D. That the proposed subdivision is mn conformance
15 with the Tustin Area General Plan, adopted East
Tustin Specific Plan, Development Agreement and
16 Subdivision Map Act; and
17 E. The 0.663 acres of parkland required for this
development was previously dedicated with
18 reCordation of Tract 13627; and
19 F. That the City has reviewed the status of the
School Facilities Agreement between the Irvine
20 Company and the Tustin Unified School District,
for .the impact of Vesting Tentative Tract 15292
21 on School District facilities, and changes in
State law. The impacts associated with this.
22 approval on School District Facilities are
-adequately addressed; and

G.. That the site is physically suitable for the type
24 and density of development proposed; and
25 H. That the design of the subdivision or the
. proposed improvements are not likel~ to cause
26 substantial environmental damage or substantially
and avoidably injure fish or wildlife in their
27 habitat; and

I. That the design of the subdivision or the type of
2 improvements proposed will not conflice'. with
easements acquired by the public, for access
3 through or use of the property withi-n the
proposed subdivision~ and
4
J. That the design of the subdivision or the types
5 of improvements proposed are not likely to cause
serious public health problems; and
6
K. The project has been determined to be exempt from
7 the provisions of Measure "M" because
entitlements specified in the East Tustin
8 Development Agreement entered into in 1985, and
the estimated project generated traffic does not
9 cause the roadway system to exceed established
levels of service standards.

· II0 The City Council hereby approves Vesting Tentative
11 Tract Map No. 15292, subject to the conditions
contained in Exhibit A of Planning Commission
1.2 Resolution No. 3430, incorporated herein by reference.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
14 Tustin, at a regular meeting on the 6th day of May, 1996.
