2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING FINAL TRACT MAP 14410

The City Council of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as
4 follows:
5 I. The City Council finds and determines as follows:
6 A.- That Final Tract Map 14410 was submitted to ~he
City Council by Lewis Homes for consideration; and
7
B. That a public hearing was held by the Planning
8 Commission on September 25.,. 1995. At this hearing
the Planning Commission recommended approval of
9 Vesting Tentative Tract Map 14410 to -the City
Council. Subsequently, the City Council approved
10 Vesting Tentative Tract Map 14410 on October 16,
1995; and

C~ The Final Map is considered ministerially exempt
12 pursuant to Section 15268(b) of 'the California
Environmental Quality Act; and
13
D. That the proposed subdivision is in conformance
14 with the Tustin General Plan, East Tustin Specific
Plan, Development Agreement, the Tustin Zoning Code
15 and Subdivision Map Act; and
16 E. That the City has reviewed the status of the School
Facilities Agreements between the Irvine Company
17 and the 'Tustin Unified School District, for 'the
· impact of Tentative Tract 14410 on SchoOl District
18 facilitieS, and-changes in state law. Impacts on
School District facilities associated with this
19 application are adequately addressed; and
20 · Fo The 1.5198 acres of parkland required for this
development was previously. dedicated with'
21 recordation of Tract 13627; and

22 'G. That the.site is physically suitable for the type
~ of development proposed; and

H. That 'the site is physically suitable for the
24 proposed density ofdevelopment; and
'25 I I.. That the-designof the subdivision or the proposed
improvements are not likely to cause substantial'
26 environmental damage or substantially and avoidably
injure fish or wildlife in their habitat; and

4 J. That the design of the subdivision or the t~pe of
improvements proposed will not conflict with
5 easements acquired by the public-at-large, for
access through or use of the property within the
.6 proposed subdivision; and
7 K. That the design of the subdivision or the types of
improvements proposed are not likely to cause
8 serious public health problems; and
9 L. That the Final Map is in substantial conformance
with the Vesting Tentative Tract Map.

II. The City Council hereby approves Final Tract Map 14410,
11 subject to final approval by the City Engineer.
12 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a.regular meeting of the Tustin City
Council held on the 6th day of May, 1996.
