HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 83-08 RESOLUTION 83-8 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 82-1 DESIGNATING REPRESENTATION TO THE SOUTH/CENTRAL REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT COMMITTEE WHEREAS, the City Council adoptd Resolution No. 82-1 on January 4, 1982, creating and designating representation to a Project Committee for the South/Central Redevelopment Project pursuant to Article 6.5, Chapter 4, of the California Redevelopment Law; and WHEREAS, membership on the Project Area Committee is governed by ~he eligibility and availability of citizens of the community to review the project plan and to consult with the Redevelopment Agency on policy matters which affect the residents of the project area; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of TUstin does hereby amend Resolution 82-1 by designating a Project Committee for the South/Central Redevelopment Project to be comprised of individuals appointed by the City Council, to be representative of the following' Chamber of Commerce Tus%in Unified School Di strict Residential owner occupants Residential tenants Community Representatives PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Tustin held on the 7th day of February , 1983.
