HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 82-6410 ll 14 15 17 18 19 20 24 28 RESOLUTION NO. 82-64 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, ADOPTING THE CITY BUDGET AND APPROPRIATING REVENUE OF THE CITY FOR THE. FISCAL YEAR 1982-83. WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 1415h of the Tustin City Code, the City Manager has prepared and submitted to the City Council a proposed annual budget for the 1982-83 fiscal year, beginning July 1, 1982; and WHEREAS, the City Council, as the legislative body of the City, has reviewed this proposed budget, NOW, THEREFORE, THE City Council of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve, determine, and order as follows' Section 1. A certain document on file in three (3) copies in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Tustin, being marked and designated "City of Tustin Budget 1982-83." Said document, as prepared by the City Manager and reviewed and adjusted by the City Council, is hereby adopted for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1982. Section 2. The following sums of money are hereby appropriated from the reve- nue of the City of Tustin for the purposes stated, during the 1982-83 fiscal year. Revenue Sharing Funds in the amount of $275,000 are anticipated to be received during the year and are appropriated along with carry- over reserves, as follows' 1. Major Street Maintenance Program 2. Police Capital Equipment 3. Comprehensive Traffic Engineering Study 4. Additional Computer Capacity 5. Miscellaneous Bus Benches 6. Capital Improvements - Storm Drain Facilities 7. Needs Assessment- Senior Citizens Facility 8. ATSC Juvenile Diversion Program 9.
