RESOLUTION NO. 82-56
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, APPROVING
FINAL TRACT NO. 11428 LOCATED AT
1122 SYCAMORE AVENUE
The City Council of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as
fol 1 ows-
I. The City Council finds and determines as follows-
A. That Final Tract Map No. 11428 was submitted
to the City Council pursuant to Ordinance No. 847
as one lot subdivision for condominium purposes for a
six (6) unit subdivision for the parcel known as
Parcel 3 of Parcel Maps as recorded in Book 102, page
8 of miscellaneous maps of Orange County
B. That said final map is in conformance with the Tustin
Area General Plan.
C. That said final map is in substantial conformance
with the tentative map.
D. Said map is categorically exempt from the
requirements of the Cal iforni a Environmental Quality
Act.
II. The City Council hereby .approves Final Tract Map No.
11428 subject to all of the conditions of Planning
Agency Resolution No. 2040.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Tustin City Council
held on the 19th day of July, 1982.

Tustin, California, does hereby certify that the whole number of the members of
the City Council of the City of Tustin is five; that the above and foregoing
Resolution No. 82-56 was duly and regularly introduced, passed and adopted at a
regular meeting of the City Council held on the 19th day of July,1982, by the
following vote:

NOES : COUNCILPERSONS: Kennedy
