HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 82-01RESOLUTICN NO. 82-1 A RESOLUTICN OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN APPOINTING A PROJECT COMMITTEE FOR THE SOUTH/CENTRAL REDEVELOPMENT PROECT WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency on December 7, 1981 adopted a :liminary plan for the South/Central Redevelopment Project; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Article 6.5, Chapter 4, California Redevelopment Law, the City Council shall approve a representative project area conmittee for the purpose of consultation and advice related to residential facilities or replacement housing and those matters which affect the residents of the project area: NGN THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Tustin does hereby approve a Project Committee for the South/Central 10 Project Area consisting of the following organizations and/or individuals or their designees and direct staff to consult with said conx0ittee in the preparation of plans and on matters affecting residents of the area: Tustin Unified School District- ~silla Mobile Home Park- Owners - South area - Robert P. Warmington Co. Central area - Mark Ainslie owner occupants - South area- Central area- 'ial tenants- South area- Central area- PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City Tustin held on the 4th day of January 1982.
