RESOLUTION NO . 81-136
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE
PERSONNEL RULES AND REGULATIONS TO DEFINE
THE RIGHTS OF RESERVE OFFICERS.
The City Council of the City of Tustin, California,. does
hereby resolve that Section 2A of. the Personnel Rules and
Regulations of the City of Tustin is amended to add the
definition of "Reserve Officer" to read as follows:
"Reserve Officer - any person serving
the Ci'tv 0f Tustin as a volunteer,
-.
reserve or auxiliary police officer.
Such person shall not be considered
to have attained a regular appointment
to either a permanent or part-time
position. Every reserve 'officer shall
serve at the pleasure of the Chief of
Police and may be terminated without
the right of~ pre-disciplinary hearing
or right of appeal."
PASSED AND ADOPTED, at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Tustin, California, held this 21st day of December, 1981.

the City Council of the City of Tustin is five; that the above and foregoing
Resolution No. 81-136 was duly and regularly introduced, passed and adopted at a
regular meeting of the City Council held on the 21st day of December, 1981 by the
following vote:
