3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 95--5

WHEREAS, Section 66412 (d) of the Subdivision Map Act makes provisions for the
5 local agency to approve lot line adjustments where the land taken from one parcel is added to
6 an adjacent parcel and where a greater number of parcels than originally existed is not
thereby created; and

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tustin has reviewed Lot Line Adjustment
8 No. 95-5 and has made a finding that the real property described in Exhibit A and shown on
9 Exhibit B complies with the provisions of the California Subdivision Map Act and applicable
City of Tustin ordinances and regulations including the requirements for building sites; and

WIlERE&S, the City Council of the City of Tustin has made the following findings:

1. "That the proposal is 'eligibie for pr0cessingas a lot line adjustment pursuant to Section
12 66412 of the Subdivision Map Act;

2. That the 'requirements of the California F_,nvironmental Quality Act has been. met;
3. That the proposal is consistent with the General Plan; and

16 4. That the resultant parcels will meet the requirements of the Zoning Code;
17 NOW, TH!~~, BE IT RESOL~ that the proposed Lot Line Adjustment No.
95-5 as shown on Exhibits A and B-is hereby approved and that the parcels be considered
18 building sites upon recorclation of this document.

PASSED AND ADOPTEl'} at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
'20 Tustin, California held on the 5th day of February, 1996.
