RESOLUTION NO. 81-109
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, INFORMING THE ARTERIAL HIGHWAY
FINANCING PROGRAM ADVISORY COMMITTEE OF THE STATUS
OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN MASTER PLAN OF ARTERIAL
HIGHWAYS.
WHEREAS, the City of Tustin has a Master Plan of Arterial
Highways, and
WHEREAS, the Arterial Highway Financing Program requires
annual requalification of participating cities in said program;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Tustin, that:
The Arterial Highway Financing Program Advisory Committee
be, and here is, informed that the City of Tustin's_ Master Plan
of Arterial Highways is in conformance with the County of Orange
Master Plan of Arterial Highways with the following exception:
a. The addition of a major highway extending north from
Barranca Rd./Jamboree Rd. intersection to Weir Ca'nyon
Rd.
and the City of Tustin has adopted Zoning Ordinance No. 157, as
amended, requiring setback to protect ultimate arterial highway
right-of-way, and in addition, the City of Tustin has adopted
Subdivision Ordinance No. 651, as amended, which provides for
limitation of access to the arterial highway system.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Tustin, held on the 21st day of September, 1981.
