RESOLUTION NO. 81-57
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
CALIFORNIA, ORDERING THE CANVASS .OF THE SPECIAL ANNEXA-
TION ELECTION TO BE HELD IN TERRITORY PROPOSED FOR ANNEX-
ATION NO. 121, IRVINE BLVD.-DEAN STREET TO THE CITY OF
TUSTIN ON THE 2nd DAY OF JUNE, 1981, TO BE MADE BY THE
CITY CLERK
WHEREAS, a Special Annexation election will be held and conducted
in the City of Tustin, California, on Tuesday, June 2, 1981, as required b~
law; and
WHEREAS., the City Council of said City desires the canvass of said
election to be made by the City Clerk of said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFOR-
NIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That pursuant to Section 22932.5 of the Elections
Code of the State of California, the canvass of the Special Annexation Elec-
tion to be held in said city is hereby ordered to be made by the City Clerk.
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk of said City shall prior to June
9, 1981, complete the canvass of said election and shall certify the results
to this City Council on June 15, 1981.
SECTION 3: That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and
adopti_0n.' of...~..h, is ._Resolution;..- 9..hall enter the same in the book of original
Resolutions of' said City; and shall make a minute of passage and adoption
thereof' in the records of the proceedings of the City Council of Said City,
in the minutes of the meeting at which the same is passed and adopted.

Resolution No. 81-57 was duly and regularly introduced, passed and adopted at a
