RESOLUTION NO. 81-51
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING VOTING BOARD MEMBERS AND FIXING
COMPENSATION FOR THE SPECIAL ANNEXATION ELECTION TO BE
HELD IN TERRITORY PROPOSED FOR ANNEXATION NO. 121, IRVINE
BLVD DEAN STREET, ON JUNE 2, 1981 , HERETOFORE CALLED BY
RESOLUTION NO. 81-15 OF THE CITY COUNCIL
WHEREAS, a Special Annexation Election to be held in the territory
proposed for Annexation No. 121, Irvine Blvd.-Dean Street, to the City of
Tustin, California, has been heretofore called by Resolution No. 81-15,
adopted on February 2, 1981;

NO~.~, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFOR-
NIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That for the purpose of holding said Special Annexa-
tion Election, there shall be and is hereby established one (1) voting pre-
cinct consisting of Precinct 72-258B in Orange County established for the
· holding of state and county elections, as said precinct ekists on the date
of adoption of this resolution. That the polling place shall be the place
hereinafter designated; and that the persons hereinafter named, 'being com-
petent and qualified electors and residents of said precinct are hereby
appointed, precinct boar~ members, for-t-his precinct and they shall hold said
election and make return thereof .in the manner provided by law.

Inspector: Mtso B. J. Rosenow
Judge: Mrs'. S. K. Jurkowski
Clerk: Mrs. Ruth Pegau
Clerk: Mrs. B. A. Wilson
SECTION 2. That the compensation of the persons hereinbefore
named as precinct board members is hereby fixed at the sum of forty five
dollars ($45.00) for Inspector and forty dollars ($40.00) for each Judge and
Clerk for said election. The-rental for the polling place shall be the su~
of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for said election.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and
adoption of =his Resolution; shall enter the same in the book of original
Resolutions of said City; and shall make a minute of passage and adoption
thereof in the records of the .9roceedings of the City Council of said City~.

PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Tustin, California, on May 4, 1981.
