RESOLUTION NO. 80-76
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 80-71, RELATIVE TO THE SECOND-YEAR SALARIES
AND BENEFITS FOR ADMINISTRATIVE AND MANAGEMENT OFFICERS, AND CONFI-
DENTIAL EMPLOYEES.
The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does hereby
resolve as follows:
1. That Section 5 of Resolution 80-71 be amended to include the
following:
"C. The salary ranges and rates established in Item B above shall
be automatically increased by five percent (5.0%) for all Police
Management Officers and by five and eight-tenths percent (5.8%)
for all Administrative Officers and 'Confidential Employees effec-
tive the payperiod beginning June 29, 1981, and by five percent
(5.0%) for all Police Management Officers, Administrative Officers
and Confidential Employees effective the payperiod beginning
December 28,' 1981. Each employee assigned to said classifications
upon the abovementioned dates shall receive the salary range and
step in which he/she is serving.
2. That Section 10 of Resolution 80-71 be amended to include 'the.
following:
The City shall further increase the General Leave accrual rates for all
Police Management Officers, Administrative Officers and Confidential
EmPloyees to the following formula, effective June 14, 1982.
0- 5 Years of Service -
5 -10 Years of Service -
Over 10 Years Of ~ervice -
20 General Leave days per year
25 General Leave days per year
30 General Leave days per year
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Tustin City Council
held on, the 21st day of July 1980.
