WHEREAS, if is the intention of the City Council of the City of Tustin, California, to improve heating, air conditioning.and ventilation systems, Police and City Administrative buildings; WHEREAS, the Building Official has presented plans and specifications for the construction of said work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the plans and specifications pre- sented by the Building Official be and are hereby approved as the plans and specifications fo improve heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems, .Poi ice and Ci f.y Admi ni'strafive bui I di ngs. BE IT. FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the City Clerk is hereby aufhor, ized and directed to reject all bids received June'4, 1980 for this project, Resolution No. 80-58, and to re-advertise as required by :aw for the receipt of sealed bids or proposals for the doing ot: the work specified in the aforesaid plans and specifications which said advertisement shall be substantially in the following words and figures, fo wit' "NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS" SEALED PROPOSALS will be received at the office of the City Clerk, Tusfin, City Hall, ]500 Centennial Way, Tusfin, California, until !1. a,~. on the 3~rd day of July, 1980, at which time they will be publicly opened and read, for performing work as follows' To improve heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems, Police and City Administrative buildings. The contractor shall commence work on each HVAC system only when he has all materials and equipment af hand. Once work commences on a system, work shall be continuous until work on that system is complete. Each system shall be placed in oper- ation for fesfin9, balancing, adjusting, and f. ine funin9 upon completion of work on fhaf system.
