RESOLUTION NO. 80-53
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN ORDERING VACATION OF A PORTION OF
AN ALLEY BETWEEN EL CAMINO REAL AND "C".
STREET AND NORTHERLY OF SECOND STREET.
The City Council of the City .of Tustin, California, does hereby resolv:
as follows'
1. The City Council finds and determines'
,
a. The City Council duly adopted its Resolution No. 80-47,
declaring its intention to vacate and abandon a portion
of an alley, s.hown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto.and
incorporated herein by this reference, and fixing a Time
and Place of Public Hearing thereon.
b. Said Resolution has been duly published according to law,
and
c. Said Notices of said hearing have been posted as required
by law, and
d. A public hearing has been duly called, noticed and held
according to law, and all persons interested in or ob-
jecting to the proposed vacation and abandonment appearing
at said hearing were 'heard.
e. Said portion of subject alley is not necessary for present
or prospective public alley purposes, except for public
utilities.
f: That the Planning Agency, by adoption of Resolution No. 1895,
dated May 19, 1980, has determined that the subject property
should be declared excess to the City's needs and disposed
of for private developmento
g. Categorical exemption from EIR requirements.
2. The City Council hereby orders the vacation and abandonment of that
portion of an alley designated on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, subject to the
reservation of easements per Section 8330 of the Street and Highway Code.
3. The City Clerk is directed to cause a certified copy of this
Resolution, duly attested by the City Clerk under the seal of the City, to
be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Orange.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City ~:ouncil held on the

Tract as shown on a map recorded in Book 4, page 218, miscellaneous
records, of Los Angeles County , Call fo~ia, described as follows-'
The westerly lO.O0 feet of Lots 4 land 5, Block 4,
of said Tustin City Tract and the easterly lO.O0
feet of Lots 16 and 17, Block 4, of said Tustin
City Tract.
