2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, CERTIFYING THE FINAL
3 NEGATIVE DECLARATION AS ADEQUATE FOR CODE
AMENDMENT 95-003 INCLUDING REQUIRED FINDINGS
~ PURSUANT TO THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL
QUALITY ACT.

The City Council of the City of Tustin does hereby
6 resolve as follows:
7 I. The City Council finds and determines as follows:
8 A. The request to approve Code Amendment 95-003
is considered a "project" pursuant to the
9 terms of the California Environmenta~.Quality
Act.

B. A Negative Declaration has been prepared for
11 this project and has been. distributed for
publlc review.

C. Whereby, the Planning Commission and the City
13 Council of the City of Tustin has considered
"evidence presented by the Community
14 Development Director and other interested
parties with respect to the subject Negative
15 Declaration.
16 D. The Planning Commission and City Council has
evaluated the proposed final Negative
17 Declaration and determined it to be adequate
and complete.

19 II. A Final Negative Declaration has been completed in
compliance with CEQA and State guidelines. The
20 City Council having approval authority over Code
Amendment 95-003 has received and considered the
21 information contained in the Negative Declaration,
prior to approval of the proposed project, and
22 found that it adequately discussed the
environmental effects of the proposed project. On
23 the basis of the initial study and comments
received during the public review process, the City
24 Council has found that, the proposed project would
not have a significant effect on the environment.

Tustin at a regular meeting held on the 20th day of
