COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF "B" STREET IMPROVEMENTS, 2ND STREET TO 3RD STREET, AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS. WHEREAS, it isthe of Tustin, California, Street to 3rd Street, intention of the City Council of the City to construct "B" Street improvements, 2nd and ' 'WHER'EAS, the City Engineer .has present'ed .plans and specifica- tions for the construction of said work at this location, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the plans and sp.e'ci fi ca.- tions presented by the City Engineer be and are hereby approved as the plans and specifications for the construction of "B" Street improvementS, 2nd Street to 3rd Street.
