A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
3 TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT
4 NO. 95-4

WHEREAS, Section 66412 (d) of the Subdivision Map Act makes provisions for
6 the local agency to approve lot line adjustments where the land taken from one parcel is
7 added to an adjacent parcel and where a greater number of parcels than originally existed
is not thereby created; and
8
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City-of Tustin has reviewed Lot Line
9 Adjustment No. 95-4 and has made a finding that the real property described in Exhibit A
10 and shown on Exhibit B complies with the provisions of the California Subdivision Map
Act and applicable City of Tustin ordinances and regulations including the requirements for
11 building sites; and
12 WHEREAS, the City Council .of-the City of Tustin has made the following
13 findings:
14 1. That the proposal is eligible fo~ processing as a lot line adjustment pursuant
to Section 66412 of the Subdivision Act;

2. That the requirements of the .California Environmental Quality Act have'
16
been met;
17
3. That the proposal is consistent with the General Plan; and
4. That the resultant parcels will meet the requirements of the Zoning Code;
20 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the proposed Lot Line Adjustment
No. 95-4, as shown on Exhibits A and B is hereby approved and that the parcels be
21 considered building sites upon recordation of this document.
22 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
2~3 Tustin, held on the 5th day of September, 1995.
