HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RES 95-0761 RESOLUTION NO. 95-76 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING LOT LINE ADJUSTIVIENT 4 NO. 95-3 5 WHEREAS, Section 66412 (d) ofthe Subdivision Map Act makes provisions for 6 the local agency to approve lot line adjustments where the land taken from one parcel is 7 added to an adjacent parcel and where a greater number of parcels than originally existed is not thereby created; and 8 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City-of Tustin has reviewed Lot Line 9 Adjustment No. 95-3 and has made a finding that the real property described in Exhibit A 10 and shown on Exhibit B complies with the provisions of the California Subdivision Map Act and applicable City of Tustin ordinances and regulations including the requirements for 11 building sites; and 12 WHEREAS, the City Council. of the City of Tustin has made the following 13 findings: 14 1. That the proposal is eligible for processing as a lot line adjustment pursuant to Section 66412 of the Subdivision Act; 15 16 2. That the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act have been met; 17 3. That the proposal is consistent with the General Plan; and 18 19 4.
