A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO SELL
PROPERTY AND FIXING A TIME AND PLACE FOR PUBLIC
HEARING THEREON.
WHEREAS, the hereinafter described building was acquired by the City of
Tustin as part of its old Civic Center; and
WHEREAS, the said building is no longer used or needed;
NO\V, THEREFORE, the City Council o£ the City of Tustin, California
resolves as follows:
1. It appears that the old Mercury Building located on 2nd Street on the
old Civic Center at 2nd and C Streets in Tustin, California (not including the
underlying land and to be relocated by the Buyer) is unnecessary for any present or
prospective public purposes.
2. It is proposed that said building be sold as excess, unused, and unneeded
property.
3. The proposed action is declared as qualified as a Categorical Exemption
under the California Environmental Quality Act.

5. ' copy of this resolution shall be published once a week for two weeks

hearing sk.-ai! be posted conspicuously along the line of the portion of said property
on wb.~ch said building is located not less than ten (10) days before said hearing, and
noz less than three (3) copies shall be posted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Community Redevel-
opment Agency held on the 7th day of August, 1978.
