AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
2 OF TUSTIN AMENDING SPECIFIC SECTIONS OF
ARTICLE 8 OF THE TUSTIN CITY CODE - BUILDING
3 REGULATIONS.
4 The City Council of the City of Tustin does hereby ordain
as follows:

a. Subsection (f) of Section 8103 of Chapter 1 of
6 Article 8 of the Tustin City Code, ms hereby
repealed in its entirety. A new Subsection (f) is
7 added to read as follows:
8 "(f) Section 3203 is amended to read as follows:
9 Section 3203. Roof Covering Requirements. The
roof covering on any structure regulated by this
]0 code shall be as specified in Table No. 32-A and as
classified in Section 3204.

Exception: Group R and M occupancies shall have a
]2 minimum roof covering of Class "B", except in
hillside areas where a minimum Class "A" roof
]3 covering shall be used.
]4 The roof covering assembly includes the roof, deck,
underlayment, interlayment, insulation and covering
]5 which is assigned a roof covering classification."
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Tustin held on the 20th day of Sept., 1993.

Mary E. Wynn, City Clerk and ex-officio Clerk of the City Council of
the City of Tustin, California, does hereby certify that the whole
number of the members of the City Council of the City of Tustin is
five; that the above and foregoing Ordinance No. 1115 was duly passed
and adopted at a regular meeting held on the 20th day of September,
1993, by the following vote:
