AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, RELATING TO THE
STOPPING OF VEHICLES IN LOADING ZONES
5 The City council of the City of Tustin hereby ordains as
follows:
Section 1 Code Amendment

Municipal Code Section 5332(c) entitled "Effect of Permission
8 to Load or Unload", of Title 5 of the Municipal Code is hereby
amended in its entirety toread as follows:

"Section '5332(c). Effect of Permission to
10 load or Unload.
11 Permission is granted to stop or stand a
vehicle for purposes 'of loading or unloading
12 of materials and shall apply to any vehicle,
but shall not extend ,beyond the time
13
necessary, and, in any event, not more than
.twenty (20) minutes."

PASSED AND ADOPTED, at a regular meeting of the City Council
for the City of Tustin on this 20th day of July, 1992.

Mary E. Wynn, City Clerk and ex-officio Clerk of the City Council of
the City of Tustin, California, does hereby certify that the whole
number of the members of the City Council of the City of Tustin is
five; that the above and foregoing Ordinance No. 1094 was duly and
regularly read and introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council
held on the 6th day of July, 1992, and was given its second reading and
duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting held on the 20th day' of
July, 1992, by the following vote:
COUNCILMEMBER AYES: Pontious, Potts, Puckett, Saltarelli, Thomas
COUNCILMEMBER NOES: None
