HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 1068 (1991)1 ORDINANCE NO. 1068 2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA AMENDING MUNICIPAL 3 CODE SECTION 6102 OF TITLE 6 ,'PUBLIC WELFARE" RELATING TO A CURFEW FOR MINORS 5 The City Council of the City of Tustin hereby ordains as 6 follows: ? Section 1: Code Amendments 8 Municipal Code Section 6102, entitled "Curfew-Persons Under 18 Years of Age" of Title 6, entitled "Public Welfare" is hereby 9 amended in its entirety to read as follows: 10 "Section 6102. Curfew-Persons Under 18 Years of Aq~ 11 a. It shall be unlawful for any person under the age 18 years to loiter, idle, wander, stroll, or play in or upon 12 the public ~treets, highways, roads, alleys, parks, playgrounds or other public grounds, public places and 15 public buildings, places of amusement and eating places, vacant lots, or other unsupervised places, between the 14 hours of 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. of the day immediately following; 15 b. Wynn, City Clerk and ex-officio Clerk of the'City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does hereby certify that the whole number of the members of the City Council of the City of Tustin is five; that the above and foregoing Ordinance No. 1068 was duly and regularly read and introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 6th day of May, 1991, and was given its second reading and duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting held on the 20th day of May, 1991, by the following vote: COUNCILMEMBER AYES: Puckett, Pontious, Edgar, Potts, Prescott COUNCILMEMBER NOES: None COUNCILMEMBER ABSTAINED: None COUNCILMEMBER ABSENT: None
