ORDINANCE NO. 1067
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SECTION 6330
OF PART 3 OF CHAPTER 3 "DISORDERLY CONDUCT" OF
TITLE 6 "PUBLIC WELFARE" OF THE TUSTIN CITY
CODE RELATING TO INDECENT CONDUCT
The City Council of the City of Tustin hereby ordains as
follows:
Section l: Code Amendments
Tustin City Code Section 6330 "Indecent exposure, language,
etc." of Part 3 "Exposure", of Chapter 3 "Disorderly Conduct" of
Title 6 "Public Welfare" is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Part 3. Urination and Human Waste.
Section 6330 - Urination and Human Waste
No person shall urinate or defecate on private property
in an area exposed to the public view, or on any public
street, sidewalk, alley, park or other public place,
except in a public restroom."
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Tustin held on the (oX".tJ) da of ~ 19 9/.

the City of Tustin, California, does hereby certify that the whole
number of the members of the City Council of the City of Tustin is
five; that the above and foregoing Ordinance No. 1067 was duly and
regularly read and introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council
held on the 15th day of April, 1991, and was given its second reading
and duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting held on the 6th day of
Mav. 1991, by the following vote:
