AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
4 TUSTIN, AMENDING SECTION 1515 OF CHAPTER 5, ARTICLE 1,
OF THE TUSTIN MUNICIPAL CODE, CHANGING THE STARTING
5 TIME OF PLANNING COMMISSION MEETINGS.

WHEREAS, on April 18, 1988, the City Council of the City of Tustin,
? California, does hereby ordain as follows:
8 SECTION 1: Section 1515 of the Tustin Municipal Code shall be
amended to read as fol 1 ows:

"1515 MEETINGS

The Planning Commission shal'l hold its regular meetings on .the second
1] and fourth Mondays of each month at 7:(~0 p.m. in the Council
Chambers, except when such a day falls on a legal holiday, in which
12 event the Planning Commission shall meet at 7:00 p.m. on the first
weekday following which is not a legal holiday. The Planning
Commission may meet at such other times and places as hereafter may
be determined from time to time~ by .the Planning Commission to be
necessary or convenient."
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular ~eting of the Tustin City CoUncil
