'3 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
AMENDING THE TUSTIN CITY CODE
4 RELATIVE TO COUNCIL 'COMPENSATION.'

The City Council of the City of Tustin does hereby
7 ordain as follows:
1. Section 1303 of Chapter 3 of Article 1 of the
8 Tustin City Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
9 · 1303~ COMPENSATION OF MEMBERS-
10 Members of-the-City Council shall
11 be paid and receive as
compensation, a salary of Four
Hundred and Forty Dollars ($440.00)
12 per month.

2. This ordinance and the salary herein provided shali
14 become in force and effect at the time any one or. more
15 members of the City Council becomes eligible for such salary
increase by virtue of beginning a hew term of office and
16 shall thereupon apply to all members of the City Council.
PASSSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
17 Council of othe City .of Tustin, California, held on the 16th
18 day of February , 1988.
