3 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN
AMENDING ARTICLE IV, CHAPTER 1 OF
4 THE TUSTIN MUNICIPAL CODE BY
AMENDING SECTION 4122 RELATING TO
5 THE SMOKING OF CIGARS AND PIPES IN
CITY-OWNED BUILDINGS

7 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California does
hereby ordain as f oll ows:
8 Section 1: That Article IV, Chapter 1, Section
9 4122, of the Tustin Municipal Code be, and hereby is,
amended to read as follows:

"4122 prohibitions
11 /AL No person shall smoke in a
12 public place, or place of employment,
except in designated smoking areas.

16 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Tustin, on the1st day of
17 December , 1986.
