AN URGENCY ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 948 AND THE EFFECTIVE DATE
THEREOF.
5 WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore adopted Ordi-
nance No. 948, an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of
6 Tustin, California, Adding Section 2800 to the Tustin City Code,
Adopting a Major Thoroughfare and Bridge Fee Program; and

WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend Ordinance
8 No. 948 so as to delay the effective date thereof.
9 NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Tustin
hereby ordains as follows:

Ordinance No. 948 is hereby amended by the amendment
]] of Section 2 thereof, to read as follows:
]2 "This Ordinance shall not be in force and effect
until March 1, 1986, upon which date it shall
13 become in force and effect unless subsequent
hereto said Ordinance has been further amended
14 by the City Council as to its effective date."
15 This Ordinance is adopted as an urgency, emergency
Ordinance to be effective immediately upon its adoption in order
]6 to protect and preserve the public safety, welfare and health.
17 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City Council of
the City of Tustin, California, held on the 20th day of
]8 December, 1985.

the City Council of the City of Tustin is five; that the above and foregoing Ordi-
nance No. 962 was duly and regularly introduced and read at a special meeting of
the City Council held on the 20th day of December, 1985, and was given its second
reading and duly passed and adopted at a special meeting held on the 20th day of
December, 1985, as an urgency measure by the following vote:

NOES : COUNCILPERSONS: None
