2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
5 AMENDING SECTION 2523 OF THE TUSTIN CITY CODE
(FORTUNE TELLING)
4 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does hereby
ordain as follows:

1. That Section 2523 of the Tustin City Code be amended to
6 include the following:
? 2523f. Fortune-Telling.
8 Every person engaging in the business of fortune-
telling, as defined by Section 3811 of the Tustin
9 City Code, shall pay an annual license tax in the
amount of $100.00.

PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
11 City of Tustin held on the 20th day of January , 1986.

Tustin, California, does hereby certify that the whole number of the members of
the City Council of the City of Tustin is five; that the above and foregoing
Ordinance No. 959 was duly and regularly introduced and read at a regular meeting
of the City COuncil held on the 16th day of December, 1985, and was given its
second reading and duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting held on the 20th
day of J.anuar~, 1986, by the following vote:
