AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
~ CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, (ZONING ORDINANCE
AMENDMENT NO.85-9) AMENDING SECTION 9232b AND
5 SECTION 9233c OF THE TUSTIN CITY CODE PERTAINING
TO THE OPERATION OF FORTUNE-TELLING BUSINESSES.

The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does

hereby ordain as follows:

I. That Section 9232b of the Tustin City Code is hereby
amended to add the following:
9232b (t) . Fortune-tell ing businesses as defined by
8 Section 3811 of the Tustin City Code.

II. That Section 9233c of the Tustin City Code is hereby
amended to add the following:

11 9233c (z) . Fortune-telling businesses as defined by
Section 3811 of the Tustin City Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council.
