3 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
REZONING 15352 WILLIAMS STREET FROM R-4 (SUBURBAN RESIDENTIAL)
4 DISTRICT TO MOBILE HOME PARK DISTRICT (MHP), AS SHOWN
IN EXHIBIT "A".

6 The City Council of the city of Tustin does hereby ordain as follows:
I. The City Council finds and determines as follows:

8 A. That a proper application, (Zone Change No'. 85-8) has been filed
by the city of Tustin to change the zone for 15352 Willjams
Street from R-4 (Suburban Residential) District to Mobile Home
9 Park District (MHP), as shown in Exhibit "A".
10 B. That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and held on said
11 application.
C. That a zone Change should be granted for the following reasons:

'13 1. That the proposed change would bring the Tustin Area
General Plan in conformance with the Zoning Map.
14 2. That the proposed change would not be detrimental to the
public health, safety, and welfare of the surrounding
15 property owners.
16 D. Development 'of subject property shall be in accordance with the
policies adopted by the City Council; Uniform Building Codes as
17 administered by the Building Official; Uniform Fire Code as
administered by the Orange County Fire Marshal; and street
18 improvement requirements as administered by the City Engineer.
19 E. In accordance with the requirements of the California
Environmental Quality Act Guidelines, the subject project will
20 not have a significant impact on the environment and therefore a
Negative Declaration is recommended to the City Council.

F. That the Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. 2233
22 recommending to the City Council that they adopt Zone Change
85-8.

j~ II. The City Council hereby approves Zone Change No. 85-8, from R-4
(Suburban Residential) District to Mobile Home Park Distrtct (MHP)
5 for 15352 Wil]iams Street, as shown in Exhibit "A".

Ordinance No. 945 was duly and regularly introduced and read at an adjourned

was given its second reading and duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting held
