2 " AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
REZONING FROM P.C. INDUSTRIAL TO P.C. INDUSTRIAL/BUSINESS
3 FOR THE PROPERTIES KNOWN AS 15901, 15941, 15991 REDHILL
4 AVENUE
5 The City Council of the City of Tustin does hereby ordain as follows:
0 I. The City Council finds and determines'as follows:
? A. That a proper application, (Zone Change No. 84-8) has been filed
on behalf of the Paragon Group requesting authorization to
8 add Exhibit B (Part III) as authorized uses and to change the
name of the zone from PC Industrial to PC Industrial/Business.
B. That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and held on said
10 application.
)1 C. That a zone change should be granted for the following reasons:
12 1. This change is in conformance With the Tustin Area General
13 Plan.
2. That said fezone will not have any adverse impacts on the
14 environment.
15 D. Development of subject property shall be in accordance with the
10 policies adopted by the City Council; Uniform Building Codes as
administered. by the Building Official; Uniform Fire Code as
17 administered by the Orange County Fire Marshal; and street
improvement requirements as administered by the City Engineer.
18 E. Final 'development plans shall require the review and approval of
19 the Community Development Di rector.
20 F. A Negative Declaration is hereby approved to conform with the
California Environmental Quality Act.
II. The City Council hereby approves the addition of Exhibit B (Part III}
22 as authorized uses and to change the name of the zone from PC
Industrial to PC Industrial/Business.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council, held on the__

the City Council of the City of Tustin is five; that the above and foregoing
Ordinance No. 925 was duly and regularly introduced and read at an adjourned
regular meeting of the City Council held on the 18th day of December, 1984, and
was given its second reading and duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting held
on the 7th day of January, 1985, by the following vote:
