AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
2 TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SECTION 9361(d)
PREVIOUSLY ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 847 OF THE
3 CITY OF TUSTIN {Subdivision Map Act Amentment)
4 The City Council of the City of Tustin does hereby ordain as
fol lows:

Section 9361(d) of the Tustin City Code is hereby amended to
6 read as follows:
7 "(d) Expiration Date (66452.6)
8 (1) An approved or conditionally approved tentative map
shall expire twenty-four (24) months after its approval or
9 conditional approval.
10 (2) Upon application of the subdivider filed prior to the
expiration of the approved or conditionally approved tentative
11 map, the time at which the map expires may be~extended by the
Planning Commission for a period of time not to exceed an
19. additional twelve (12) months.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council,
]i City of Tustin, held on the 6th day of February, 1984.

the City Council of the City of Tustin is five; that the above and foregoing
Ordinance No. 904 was duly and regularly introduced and read at an adjourned
regular meeting of the City Council held on the 16th day of January, 1984, and was
given its second reading and duly passed and ado"~d at a regular meeting held on
the 6th day of February, 1984, by the following vote:
