3 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, ENDING THE TUSTIN
~ CITY CODE RELATIVE TO COUNCIL COMPENSATION

6 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California,
does ordain as follows:
8 1. Section 1303 of Chapter 3 of Article 1 of the Tustin
City Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

10 1303 COMPENSATION OF MEMBERS
11 Members of the City Council shall be paid and
receive as compensation, a salary of Three
12 Hundred Fifty Dollars and Ninety-six Cents
· ($350.96) per month.

14 2. This ordinance and the salary herein provided shall
become in force and effect at the time any one or more members
15 of the City C~uncil becomes eligible for such salary increase
by virtue of beginning a new term of office and shall thereupon
16 apply to all members of the City Council.
17 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 16th
18 day of January, 1984.

the City Council of the City of Tustin is five; that the above and foregoing
Ordinance No. 903 was duly and regularly introduced and read at an adjourned
regular meeting of the City Council held on the 3rd day of January, 1984, and was
given its second reading and duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting held on
the 16th day of January, 1984, by the following vote:
