AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TUSTIN CITY
CODE SECTION 1632 RELATING TO REQUESTS FOR
PROPOSALS FOR INDEPENDENT AUDITORS .
The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, Ordains:
Section I. Section 1632 of the Tustin Code is amended to read:
SECTION 1632 REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS
Requests for proposals for independent auditors shall be solicited periodically at the
discretion of the City Council. Requests for proposals and the selection of the
independent auditor shall follow guidelines developed by the Audit Commission and
such other criteria as may be recommended from time to time by the Finance director.
PASSED AND ADOPTED, at a regular meeting of the City Council for the City of
Tustin on this 1 St day of December, 2009.
