AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
3 CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE
TUSTIN CITY CODE REGARDING BINGO PERMITS
4 FOR LICENSEES WHICH MOVE TO A NEW
LOCATION.

The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does
6 ~rdain as follows:
7 Sections3242 b is hereby amended to read as follows:
8 b. Application for License
9 Eligible organizations desiring to obtain a
license to conduct bingo games in the City of

Tustin shall file an application-in writing there-
for in the office of the City Clerk.'on forms
11 provided by the City Clerk. The issuing authority
shall be the License and Permit Board.' Applica-
12 tion for a license shall not be filed unless the
applicant is a qualified organization which has
13 owned or leased the property within the City of
Tustin upon which any bingo game. is to be Conduct-
14 ed for at least twelve (12) months immediately
preceeding the filing of such application, which
15 property has been used by the applicant during
16 said period for the performance of the purposes
for which it is organized, provided, however, that
any organization which has held. a valid bingo
17 license for premises within the City of Tustin for
18 at least one (1) year and relocates to new ~prem-
ises within the City of Tustin, shall not be dis-
19 qualified from receiving a bingo license at its
new premises even though it has not occupied the
20 new premises for one. (1) year, provided that it is
otherwise qualified to receive a bingo license at
21 such new premises.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
22 f the City of Tustin, California, held on the 17th day of October
23. , 1983.

regular meeting o~ the City Council held on the 5th day of October, 1983, and was
given its second reading and duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting held' on
the 17th day of October, 1983, by the following vote.:
