2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE TUSTIN CITY
3 CODE ADDING A DEFINITION OF "VEHICLE' TO THE
TRAFFIC REGULATIONS CHAPTER.
5 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does
ordain as follows:

1. That Section 5311 of the Tustin City Code be and the
7 same hereby is amended as follows:
8 A. A new paragraph is hereby added to read as follows:
9 "Vehicle" shall mean a device by which any
person or property may be propelled, moved,
10 or drawn upon a highway, excepting a device
moved exclusively by human power or used ex-
11 clusively upon stationary rails or tracks.
12 B. The new paragraph to be added by this ordinance
shall be placed under Section 5311 between the definitions of
13 "Peace Officer" and "Vehicle Code".
14 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Tustin, California, held on the. 1st day of
15 August, 1983.

Ordinance No. 889 was duly and regularly introduced and read at a regular meeting
of the City Co~'fi'~il held on the 18th day of July, 1983, and was given its second
reading and duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting held on the 1st day of
August, 1983, by the following vote:
