] AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE TUSTIN CITY CODE TO PROVIDE
r"! 2 FOR THE REGULATION OF AMUSEMENT RESORTS, ARCADES, AND
PRIVATE RECREATIONAL FACILITIES

IThe City Council of the City of Tustin does hereby ordain as
fol 1 ows:
5 I. Section 9233 of the Tustin City Code is amended as
6 fol 1 ows:
A. "Amusement resorts" shall be deleted as a permitted

use.
8 B. Amusement resorts, arcades and private recreational
9 facilities, and video and vending machines and other
such contrivances in excess of five (5) which are
10 incidental to the principle business, shall be added to
uses allowed subject to a conditional use permit.

II. Section 9235 of the Tustin City Code is amended as
19. fol 1 ows:
13 A. Amusement resorts, arcades and private recreational
facilities, and video and vending machines and such
~ 1~1 other contrivances in excess of five (5) which are
incidental to the principle business shall be added to
15 uses allowed subject to a conditional use permit.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
10 the City of Tustin on this 1st day of August , 1983.
