2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE TUSTIN CITY
3 CODE RELATIVE TO CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS

8 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, hereby ordains as
follows:

1. That Section 1301 of the Tustin City Code be and the same hereby
7 is amended to read as follows:
8 1301 REGULAR MEETINGS
9 Regular meetings of the City Council shall be held on the first and
third Mondays of each calendar menth at the hour of 7:00 P.M.
10 in the City Council Chambers, Tustin City Center, Centennial Way
at Main Street, Tustin, California. When the regular meeting date
11 falls on a legal holiday~ the meeting shall be held on the following
day.

2. The immediate adoption and effectiveness of 'this ordinance is necessary
13 to preserve and promote the public health, welfare and safety and shall
become effective forthwith upon approval and adoption by a four-fifths
14 vote of the City Council.
2]_5 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Tustin, California, held on the 22rid day of February, 1983.

Tustin, California, does hereby certify that the whole number of the members of
the City Council of the City of Tustin is five; that the above and foregoing
Ordinance No. 883 was duly and regularly introduced and read at a regular meeting
of the City Council held on the 22nd day of February, 1983, and was given its
second reading and duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting held on the 22nd
da~ of February, 1983, as an urgenc~ measure by the following vote:
