2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN, AMENDING CHAPTER 2 OF ARTICLE 9 OF
5 THE TUSTIN CITY CODE PERTAINING TO OFFICE
DEVELOPMENTS.
~ 1. The City Council of the City of Tustin does hereby
ordain that the Tustin City Code be amended as follows:

I. Tustin City Code Section 9270b shall
? be amended by the addit. ion of a subsection
(f) which reads as follows:

"Development projects designed for office
9 uses in the C-l, C-2, C-3, GG, M, PM and
PC-Co~mmercial districts."

2. The City Council finds and determines that the
11 i~mediate adoption of this ordinance as an urgency measure
.1~ necessary to protect and preserve the public health, safety
1~ and welfare and ordains that t'his measure shall be effective
i:~nv~ediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
1~ Council of the City of Tustin~ held on the 1st day of
November , 1982.

the City Council of the City of Tustin is five; that the above and foregoing
Ordinance No. 881 was duly and regularly introduced and read at a regular meeting
of the City Council held on the 1st day of November, 1982, and was given its
second reading and duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting held on the ~st
day of November, 1982, as an urgency measure by the following vote:
