5 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, PRO-
4 VIDING FOR THE ADOPTION OF A FEE
SCHEDULE FOR ANIMAL SHELTER AND ANIMAL
5 CONTROL SERVICES

7 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does
ordain that Chapter 2 of Article 4 of the Tustin City Code is
8 amended by adding thereto Section 4217 to read as follows:
9 "4217 FEE SCHEDULE FOR ANImaL SHELTER AND
ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES

The fee schedule for animal shelter and
11 animal control services shall be established
by resolution of the City Council as adopted
12 from time to time."
13 PASSED AND ADOPTED, at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 18th
14 day of January , 1982 .

Ordinance No. 864 was duly and regularly introduced and read at a regular meeting
of the City Council held on the 4th day of Januarx, 1982, and was given its second
reading and duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting held on the 18th day of
January, ~982, by the following vote:
