2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
5 ADDING SECTION 1418 TO THE TUSTIN
CITY CODE REGARDING THE OFFICE OF
4 CITY MANAGER
5 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California,
hereby ordains that Section 1418 be added to the Tustin
6 City Code, as follows:
7 1418 REFERENCES TO CITY ADMINISTRATOR
DEEMED APPLICABLE

All references in this Tustin City Code,
9 in Resolutions of the City Council of
the City of Tustin, in the Personnel
10 Rules and Regulations of the City of
Tustin, in the Council Policy Manual,
!I in agreements and contracts, and in
all other City documents, to "City
12 Administrator" shall apply to and be
deemed to refer to the City Manager and
15 all duties and responsibilities hereto-
fore designated to the City Administator
14 shall be assumed and performed by the
City Manager.

PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
16 Council, City of Tustin, California, held on the 7th day
of December 1981.
